Inspection

Every instrument receives a 15-point inspection upon arrival, after which repairs and/or upgrades will be advised
  • Check tuner operation
  • Check nut/nut slots
  • Check action at nut
  • Check saddle/bridge radius
  • Check bridge for lifting (acoustic guitars)
  • Check action at bridge
  • Check for worn frets
  • Check for high frets
  • Check for protruding fret ends
  • Check neck relief
  • Check neck set angle
  • Check intonation
  • Check bracing (acoustic guitars)
  • Check for cracks in finish and/or wood
  • Check electronics
Every amplifier receives a 10-point inspection upon arrival, after which repairs and/or upgrades will be advised
  • Check input jack
  • Check controls for proper function
  • Check preamp tubes
  • Check power tubes
  • Check rectifier tube/power supply
  • Check bias
  • Check output level
  • Check circuit board for breaks
  • Check internal connections
  • Check cabinet integrity
